Truth, Trust & Transparency
Buying or selling a used vehicle is never easy, but it gets much easier when there is trust and transparency in the process. SureSale Inspectors play an important role in creating an honest conversation between buyers and sellers, providing unbiased information and professional advice. It’s called good Carma, and that’s what SureSale is all about.
CHECK, INSPECT, and PROTECT is the basis of SureSale transparency. Every SureSale Certified vehicle goes through a title check for over 75 conditions, including major accidents and structural damage. Next, we inspect the vehicle and give an honest assessment of its condition. We are so confident that our sales process produces happy cars and customers that we back it with a 5-month 5,000-mile limited warranty.
How It Works
Sign Up and Create Your Profile
Signing up is easy. Visit SureSale.com, enter your contact information, and tell us a bit about yourself. If your experience is a good fit for us, we will activate your account. Create your profile, tell us how you want to get paid, then you are all set!
Accept and Inspect
Download the SureSale app and you will be notified when inspection appointments are available in our neighborhood. After that, you’re ready to start inspecting! Inspections usually take about 30-45 minutes, and must be fully completed in order to close out the inspection in your app.
In your online account and in the mobile app you can enter your payment details. We send weekly payments on Friday through ACH directly into your bank account. If a check is more convenient, no problem, you will receive a bi-weekly payment for your completed inspections.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often will I get paid?
When you become a SureSale Inspector and complete inspections, you will have the option to cash out on a weekly basis through ACH or bi-weekly through by receiving a check. You will have the ability to securely put in your bank account information and when you decide to cash out, you will get your earnings directly deposited into your desired account.
What areas are you in?
SureSale Certified is aggressively rolling out across the United States and should be available in the top metro markets in the coming months. We currently operate in five different states but if you have interest in becoming a SureSale Inspector and we are not operating in your city, please send us an email and we will consider coming to your hometown next!
What does the inspection consist of?
The SureSale Certified car inspection is a 125-point detailed inspection focusing on the interior, the exterior, and under the hood. We want to be the eyes and the ears for buyers and sellers across the nation and we have developed an inspection to show the prospective buyer everything they would want to know about the vehicle.
Do I need to be ASE Certified?
While being an experienced mechanic certainly helps, it is currently not a requirement to become a SureSale Inspector. Our inspection process can be conducted by anyone with automotive experience, and our web and mobile app makes conducting a SureSale inspection easy.
What are your requirements?
Yes, owning (or having access) to a vehicle is a requirement to be a SureSale Inspector. You will be driving to each inspection location. The other requirement is owning a smartphone, as our mobile app is available on both Android and iPhone.
Do I need my own tools?
The only tool that is required for a SureSale Inspection is a tread depth tool and we will send that to you when you get your SureSale Welcome Package. When you perform an inspection it is a visual inspection and you do not need to put the car on lift or check underneath the vehicle.
